Size lenses with confidence using ICLguru, the advanced AI-powered ICL sizing calculator that estimates the ideal post-surgical lens vault for a patient and accurately predicts the lens vault and resultant angle for each available ICL size.
ICLguru utilizes next-generation modeling and image analysis of well-aligned high-resolution UBM images to automatically assess 25+ parameters that feed into its sophisticated deep-learning AI model. The information is presented in an easily-interpreted report that helps surgeons select the right lens size, the first time, every time.

Better Than
OCOS

Originally developed 30 years ago, the OCOS nomogram relies heavily on WTW, a surrogate measure proven to be of little correlation with where ICL actually sits. As such,  conservative indications had to be developed and explant due to incorrect sizing were still a common occurrence.

Better Than
Casia2

The Casia2 has onboard calculation of ICL sizing using formulas that rely upon ATA and other surrogate measures anterior to the iris plane. Deviation between predicted and actual vaults can be problematic and sometimes require explant and exchange due to improper sizing.

Better Than
Other OCT

While AS-OCT ICL sizing nomograms are widely recognized as more accurate than the OCOS method, they are based on surrogate measurements, are limited in terms of its complete assessment of the anterior chamber and the dynamics at play, and can result in outlier results that can require explant.
