2WIN Visual Analyzer Useful Tool in Visual Screening of Young Children

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (www.cdc.gov), "Many children with or at risk for amblyopia have no symptoms. Therefore, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends vision screening for all children at least once between ages 3 and 5 years to detect the presence of amblyopia or its risk factors."

The 2WIN is specifically designed to conduct visual analysis of challenging patients, such as young children, including providing a set of fun and colorful 2WIN removable masks to help when examining infants and children. A binocular refractometer that measures both eyes at the same time, simulating real life vision conditions, the 2WIN also measures myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and other amblyogenic factors, as well as anomalies that may be related to anisometropia, anisocoria, strabismus, phoria.
