Clinical Training on the VuMaxHD System Conducted at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine Hospital

Today, February 17, 2026, the Sonomed Escalon Team conducted a clinical training session on the VuMaxHD ophthalmic ultrasound system for the Department of Ophthalmology at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine Hospital (Balçova, Izmir).
The training was held under the leadership of the Head of Department, Prof. Dr. Gül Arıkan, with the active participation of Prof. Dr. osman saatci — one of the leading specialists of the clinic.
During the session, numerous complex clinical cases were reviewed. Hands-on work with real patients demonstrated the high diagnostic accuracy, workflow efficiency, and advanced capabilities of the VuMaxHD system in both anterior and posterior segment pathology.
