We were proud to be part of the 5th Ho Chi Minh Eye Hospital Refractive Ophthalmology Conference (HOOC 2026), where our distributor Tam An Medical sponsored a dedicated lunch symposium and workshop focused entirely on UBM AI + ICL Guru.

Ho Chi Minh Eye Hospital (HEH) is the largest public eye hospital in southern Vietnam, seeing approximately 5,000–6,000 patients every day. The hospital has recently taken delivery of five VuMAX HD systems, further expanding its advanced diagnostic imaging capabilities.

The symposium brought together ophthalmologists from HEH and eye hospitals from across Vietnam.

Dr. Hao, who leads diagnostic imaging at HEH, opened the workshop with an introduction to UBM AI + ICL Guru and its application in pre-operative ICL sizing.

The second part focused on post-operative ICL evaluation and challenging cases, presented by our team with clinical cases shared by Dr. Devy Mandagi,MD and Dr. Sukanda

A valuable exchange of clinical experience, technology, and expertise — and another important step in expanding advanced UBM and ICL imaging capabilities in Vietnam.
