In this case, the patient’s ACD was 2.8 mm — just below the recommended 3.0 mm for hyperopic ICLs. Using data from the Sonomed UBM, the ICLguru algorithm predicted a 12.6 mm ICL, compared to OCOS’s 12.1 mm recommendation. The result?✅ Excellent vault✅ Normal IOP✅ Glasses-free vision
